Sessions
We offer the following services:

Therapeutic Massage - $75 for 60 minutes, $100 for 90 minutes. In the comfort of your home or office. 3 types of sessions (or any combination of them) are available:

Therapeutic Massage - Circulatory massage releases tense muscles, improves circulation, and encourages overall well-being by assisting with rejuvenation and relaxation. Other techniques may be utilized in a session such as aromatherapy, acupressure, reflexology, and subtle energy work.

Acupressure - Acupressure massage utilizes a system of points and energy pathways along the body to release muscular tension and balance the vital life forces of the body. Each acupressure session will also include Tui Na, an invigorating massage that encourages balance and freedom.  Suggestions for self care with acupressure will also be offered.

Sensory Repatterning - With grace and fluidity, the client's passive body is rocked, cradled and moved. SR explores the natural rhythm and movement of the client's own body and the practitioner is there to support and
embrace this profoundly relaxing and freeing journey.

Yoga Classes - $65 for 75 minutes (Private Classes).  Also available for groups, call for prices.

Private classes in your home or office. We will design a yoga and/or meditation program that best suits your interests. Yoga unites the body mind and spirit for health and fulfillment. It is a complete system that brings relaxation, improves breathing and flexibility, nourishes the bodily systems and calms the mind. We will explore specific body postures, called asanas, with breathing and meditation to open the heart and reveal universal wisdom through our bodies.

Custom Sprays and Fragrances - $75 for 60 minute session including custom spray or fragrance. Available by phone or in person.  We will create a completely unique custom spray or personal fragrance for you in an intuitive session. We invite the assistance of the energies and guides that support you.  We will also explore how the plant spirits will assist you through the spray or fragrance. These are personal medicines just for you. They offer nurturing care and support.  Custom Sprays and Fragrances can be created to assist projects, businesses, environments, and other creative possibilities.

Sprays are water based formulas that may include Essence Experience flower essences combined with essential oils. The spray is a nourishing and fragrant energy bath that travels through your senses to send reminders to your cells. The Fragrances consist of the purest essential oils in a base of pure jojoba oil. They are personalized perfumes. The essential oils have been gathered from around the world by an Egyptian family who has been distilling oils for many generations.

                          

Artistry & Nourishment with Plant Foods - Call for prices.
Personal assistance on the basics of life food preparation, integrating plant foods into your diet, and inviting more creative presence in the kitchen. Who knew healthy food could be so much fun? We will explore a totally creative playground of colors, textures and scents.
